Cougar Basketball predicted third in Jayhawk West
The Barton Community College men’s basketball team has been tabbed by to finish 3rd in the Jayhawk West this season. The Cougars predicted finish trails defending Region VI champions Hutchinson Community College and defending conference champion Seward County Community College. Coming off a 28-6 record to finish second in the Region VI Tournament last season, Head Coach Craig Fletchall returns only three lettermen to battle through a challenging schedule beginning November 1st in hosting the Highland Hotel/Pizza Hut Classic.
